Recolouring digital papers

Recolouring digital papers for print is very easy and you don’t need expensive software to do it. In this tutorial we’re going to use  Phoxo, a free photo editing program that you can download which is only 4MB in size. Save the download to your desktop and when it has finished, double click on the file to install it, following the prompts on the screen.
  1. Open the desaturated version of the paper. (If you don’t have a desaturated version, open a coloured version, any colour will do. Go to the image file and click black and white – this will desaturate the image – that is take out all the colour).
  2. Go back to the image menu and select colour and play with the slider bars until you get the colour you want.
  3. Save the image with a new name.
  4. If you forget and over save your original colour you can always undo it if you haven’t closed the program. If you have closed the program you can simply open the file and desaturate it again by clicking image>black and white.
